After 2 years of progress, I've built a web platform for recruiters and jobseekers. The concept is simple. Jobseekers signup using a form. Recruiters get data relevant to them, and then contact the jobseekers for an interview and people get hired.
What am I doing different?
After looking at the market of recruitment, I realised that there's a bit of a place for a platform that's not seek and LinkedIn.
These are great but they make it hard for applicants to apply. Which makes sense. Because they are focused on recruiters and employers, not the applicants.
What if there was a better way? Where a jobseeker won't have to go apply at all.
That is why I built this platform. Job seekers need to fill up a form. That's all. We do the rest of the magic.
